Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or reprint.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Reprint
If the received product is printed incorrectly, damaged or in a bad quality, please contact So Sew Tees using our ‘Comments” page and attach photos of the errors. Our team will inspect the errors and have a replacement sent out as soon as possible.
PLEASE NOTE: These products are printed on demand…they are made just for you. We do not offer refunds for size issues. Please check the sizing charts included in each product’s description carefully. The products we select sell in high volumes world-wide and conform to industry standard sizes.
Refund
In case there are issues with the reprint, Please notify us again using the “Comments” page. Include the order number and photos of the problem. A refund will be issued as soon as possible.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
